I bought this keyboard about a year ago and it was ok. I didn't really like the sound because when i turned the volume to its max the sound was very bad. I don't like the sound. Also when you press it, the sound doesn't make a difference, if i press it hard it would be the same and when i pressed it lightly it still made the same sound. It would be ok for a beginner but if you want a good piano i wouldn't recommend this. It also doesn't come with a adapter. The best thing about this is that it has different types of sound and gives tutorial on variety of songs.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Price and user friendly

What's not so great: Nothing

I bought this keyboard after researching many of them on the market. My daughter is just learning to play the piano and so far we are very pleased with the capabilities and ease of use. It wieghs next to nothing and the sound is good. Of course, the sound only gets better the more you pay, but for this price it is noteworthy for sure.

I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Nice Sound, Nice Design, Good Feel, Alot Of Interesting And Practical Tones

What's not so great: Feels As Though The Sound Could Be A Bit Better,No Ac Adapter ,And the condition it came in.

This is my first Keyboard/Piano, I'm learning it over the summer, and i was excited i reviewed quite a few and found Casio's CTK2100 to be the best.

i liked the price, i like the design, it is really nice setup as well.

BUT, I am severely disappointed no AC adapter comes with it, that is really sad on best buys part. THE CONDITION IT CAME IN....

seriously, I'm not picky, it could've been a scratch and i wouldn't be as annoyed, but the box was near destruction point and had punctures in it. The keyboard it'self, by god, it is covered in grease, i just got it yesturday but a fresh review is the best review. I'm going to need some type of remover, cause the coat is so heavy a good water rag wipe won't get it all off.

The piano seems pretty darn durable so it would be fine in long term from my perspective.

I'm measly saying the condition so you know the chances if you intend to make the purchase, but don't let that throw you off, this is a good piano/keyboard, I like it, but it will need to be cleaned off and I'll need to get a AC adapter.

can't exactly call anything perfect at first, that's why i went with 4 stars
-i whole heartadly recommend the item.
