What's great about it: It works, Looks good
What's not so great: Slots not long or wide enough
...but not that well. I was looking for a toaster with extra wide slots and a lifting handle that picks up the food more than just a 1/4 inch or so. This seemed to have it all, but I find that when toasting bagels and wider sandwich bread (like Natures Own or Pepperidge Farms) I need to push the bread down, and the bagels don't pop up when done toasting. Also, any setting over 2 will badly burn your toast/bagel/pop tart. I would buy a $15 Sunbeam at Target if i had to do it over.

What's great about it: does not burn the bread.
it was nice not to have to worry about the toast being burnt. We also love the sleek design

I bought this toaster from target, am so frustrated pressing the lever so many times, that I decided to write about it. Every morning I have to make atleast 20 attempts pressing the lever. Finally it turns on. Not worth the money. You can definitely get better toasters for lesser the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this product to replace another Oster that failed after 2 months. This one seems to burn toast on every setting even the lowest. Also the switch design on this toaster is the same on the first Oster that failed. Sorry but cannot think of anything positive here considering how many toasters there are to choose from.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
