What's great about it: Visuals, Storyline
What's not so great: Repetitive but still fun.
This game makes the use of special glasses to view the game in 3D on sets without 3D. No it's not perfect but it definitely gives you a different perspective on an already great game. traded in my previous Batman Arkham Asylum version to get this one. Glad I did.

What's great about it: Fantastic storyline, in-depth fighting and detective work, amazing voice acting, a true Batman game that delivers it all
What's not so great: The 3D seems like a nice addition, but without glasses to view it you won't miss it I think.
After reading reviews and raving recommendations from friends I took the leap and picked up AA:GOTY, and I'm thrilled that I did. The storyline feels like it could have been ripped right from the pages of the comics, a real treat for those familiar with the Dark Knight. The graphics are top notch, with fast paced action you can almost feel Batman thrashing the goons and villains, or the slow and careful sneaking and detective work you need to navigate your way around Arkham Asylum.. The added bonus of this version being in 3D wasn't much of a sell point to me, and since it didn't come with glasses I can't really rate how good/bad that feature was. But to me what really steals the show on this game is the voice acting talent, they really bring all of the characters to life in ways you could only hope for in a big budget movie. I also really enjoyed the addition for the PS3 version of getting to play as the Joker on the challenge maps, definitely a fun change of pace.
As an avid gamer, this game goes way above and beyond what I'd hoped for and finally delivers a thrilling Batman experience on consoles. As a parent with young kids who are also gamers, while the atmosphere and some story elements were darker, it wasn't over the top and there is not massive amounts of gore or bad language to worry about. The kids enjoy the game just as much as I did, and the plus for me is that even my wife enjoyed watching me play it. Now I look forward to diving into Arkham City...

What's great about it: Lots of replay value
What's not so great: Some puzzles can be frustrating to complete at times.
This is easily one of the best PS3 games available. First, the storytelling is quite stellar and you really do not know what is coming next in almost comic book fashion. Plenty of cliffhanger moments and plot twists, but they are not over done. Second, the visuals and sound are amazing and anyone that has an HDTV and a Sound System will really enjoy the sights and sounds. Finally, the controls are tight and the puzzles are well thought out. There are a few that can be frustrating, but none that will prevent you completing the main story. However, getting every secret is well rewarded with back story and in some cases, new gadgets.

What's great about it: graphics, storyline, the game itself is fairly cheap now
What's not so great: GREATEST HITS RED CASE
It's a great game. But if you are a customer purchasing online only because you wanted the original clear case with holographic cover than don't waste you're time. IT'S GREATEST HITS......

What's great about it: Combat is fluid, fun and easy to learn
What's not so great: Some of the trophies are really hard to attain
Story: Joker takes over Arkham , which is like a prison island type area, and Batman, has to sneak, infiltrate, fight, and bring control to the prison, along the way he fights several villains the Joker has released.
Great combat, u can sneak in, or just fight your way Batman style, really fun. Then there is the cool gadgets Batman earns thru the game.
Theres also challenge rooms, where u can just beat up thugs, or sneaking missions on timers. In the PS3, you have exclusive access to Joker in the game too for the challenge maps, which is a nice change of pace.
Great game, must get for those who haven played

I would give this game 10/10. This game have the action, the storyline, the greatest graphics so far yet in ps3. Excellent! Can't wait for the next installment from this game or the maker.

What's great about it: A realistic batman . awesome combat system
What's not so great: Nothing, you'll be very sad when its over.
By far THE best superhero videogame ever. A very serious non campy realistic videogame. It has a great story, fun challanges and awesome tools at your disposal. I would explain it as a cross between metal gear solid and the first spiderman movie game.

The best Batman game I have played. The story is great! Location, Characters and gameplay are very nice.
Detective Mode is a very nice ability but I got to dependent on that.
Hard mode could be a little more challenging.
Gadgets are unlocked during the game adding new possibilities.
If you like to get all in-game collectibles, make sure you do it without looking for maps on the internet. The riddles add some fun to the searching!!!

What's not so great: Even on hard difficulty it is a little too easy
An awesome game. Fun gameplay like gliding and using the grapple gun. Great graphics and keeps you hooked once you start.

This game has many features that i liked. As you progress thru the game upgrades are available. Lots of area to cover. A numerous amonut of mini games and hidden items to find. The Joker is a joy to play as!

What's not so great: 3D graphics and cheap 3D glasses are a gimmick.
The 3D glasses are made of cheap cardboard. They rub against your nose and are to small. The 3D effect ruins the Graphics. The ame is good in 2D.

The graphics are amazing for a game that came out a few years ago and I was quite surprise over the 3d effect. The glasses are a little small but they do work. I'm only about 6 levels into it but others have told me that was a very good game. Overall I would have to say it is the best super hero game I have it was a steal at just 20 dollars even though Batman is not my favorite Super Hero. I can't wait to see what DC has in store for their DC Universe Game. Just understand that it is a dark game but what would you expect from Batman.

What's great about it: Fluid fighting, great animation scences
What's not so great: Pretty easy to beat, especailly with "riddlers secret maps"
Lots of fun, although can be easy to beat if you use all of Riddler's secret maps. Wish I would have been able to drive the batmobile!

What's great about it: Graphics and overall package.
What's not so great: Waiting for the sequel.
If you've read the reviews then you KNOW what to expect! This game does NOT disappoint. Graphics kick the game off nicely and the story, puzzles, voice acting . . . the whole she-bang is wrapped up SO nicely, you couldn't ask for anything better! Well, just short of suiting-up yourself, throwing on a utility belt and taking on the job yourself . . . the game GETS IT DONE.
GET YOU SOME!!
