What's great about it: Pull out basket on the bottom.
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet.
The freezer seems to be doing good. Not a bad size for what we need it for. The price was pretty good also. We will see how long it last.

What's great about it: price
What's not so great: impossible to reverse the door due to design flaw
One of the features we wanted was a reversable door, which this model states it has. After we bought the freezer and it was delivered and installed, I went about reversing the door from left swing (factory) to right swing. After performing the steps, which were not difficult, I found that the design of the interior light switch make closing the door impossible when using it in "right swing" orientation. Apparently the person who designed the door never spoke to the person who designed the light switch. Also, it is clear that no one ever tested the door in "right swing", or else they would have found this glaring design flaw. Being an engineer, this type of sloppy design and lack of quality control makes me wary of future Whilpool purchases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
