Suxed, did not work

What's great about it: Nothing waste of time
What's not so great: Did not work
Tried to use it in Hastings England in a hotel room, it blew the breakers so bad, we had to change rooms.
Returned to store for refund.
Glad I had an apple computer and Ipad which did not require this product.

A little bulky but does the job

What's great about it: Pretty simple to use
What's not so great: Bulky
Only had one issue in a recent trip to Europe - iPad wouldn't charge with this device in our last hotel room in Austria. Not sure if it was to blame - once in Germany it charged normally again using this device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Great adapter.
What's not so great: Horrible converter.
This product works very well as an adapter but when you try to convert the voltage it only works for 10 minutes before it shuts off. It's not a defect, it actually says that in the instructions. It worked great in Germany.
I would recommend this to a friend!
