Great all around sub, i have it set for 2 ohms on a 330 amp which is under powering it and its still sounds awsome.

bought one of these about six months ago at a bestbuy for $99. i put it in my 98 malibu. it pounds amazing. i will never buy another sub thats noit polk audio. this thing shook off my rear view mirror hooked up to a jensen 300 watt amp.

Just bought two 12" DXi subwoofers. Used them to replace blown Yamaha subwoofers in two 3-way home speakers (running them at 8omh). The sound is very impressive. The Polks handle high volume and maximum base with incredible ease. Glad I didn't get the Pioneers or Kenwoods. Good job, Polk.

I have used all kinds of subs in the past and even Polk. After hearing this sub and the price I decided to give it a shot, not disappointed at all. I have it in a .68 cubic ft box I built. It is a center console box to replace the center seat. I filled the box with poly fill and the sound is tight. I have it crossed over a little high to help out with my mids and it works fine.

These subs are nasty! I have 3, 2 in a ported box in my car and 1sealed in the fianc?'s car. Absolutely pound, I have them hooked up run to 1 ohm pushing 700 rms together, I can't turn them up too loud or I wake up the neighbors.
