I purchased my Bullet about 10 years ago. Never had any
trouble with it except my milling lid leaked so threw it away as still had the other blade (lid). Called to order new lid and was very pleasently
Surprised when the lady helping me said she was gong to send me replacement lids at no charge! Can't remember her name unless it was Rebecca. Thank you so very much.

This little gem lasted longer than the more expensive Nutra Bullet, which I paid more for. It is a workhorse. Great for the bucks

I love my magic bullet so much that I use it daily. BUT - the blades always come loose after about four months of use and it starts to leak and become unusable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a little under a year ago, and just now had issues. I called cs and they walked me through a few steps to figure out the problem. They are sending me out a new blade and everything should be good to go. Very nice, only took a few minutes and I couldn't be more happy to use my magic bullet again. Thank you!!
