I received it as a Christmas gift..... I loved it until the seal came lose about 2-3 months Later, only to let liquid ooze down into the motor, and of course it stopped working..... You could smell the motor burning.
It seems hit and miss as to whether you get a good one or not.

Horrible product, does not last!

This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I purchased the first one on Black Friday of 2016 and within 2 days, the black rubber seal that is attached to the piece with the blades came off. This was after one use and being hand washed. That should have told me right there to stay away from this product. I took it back to the store and exchanged it. Well here it is about 4 months later and it happened again. The rubber seal came off and now it will not work properly. Save your money and buy a better product!!

I bought this about two months ago and basically wasted my money. The blender does NOT make smoothies well at all. First I tried crushed ice and the blade couldn't handle that then I just went to frozen fruit I let the fruit set out for a little bit to thaw and the blade still had a lot of trouble trying to blend the fruit. Needless to say the blade is not sharp or tough enough. Do not waste your money.

Leaks

I should have known better, I had a Nutribullet before to make smoothies it lasted 7 months before the motor burnt out and was leaking from the blade. I bought a magic bullet 6 months ago and have used it 6 times now it leaks in the same place.
These are not well made.

I enjoyed the small container and easy cleanup. When I purchased it it came with a spare seal. When the first seal I used got loose; I took out the spare which was also loose. If I use it, it leaks. NO ONE sells parts and if you need any you have to order and pay shipping and handling. Why can't you sell parts in stores?

Cups should be made of glass not plastic

I'm going to give this product a 3 as it is good for single serving shakes, chopped of vegges, BUT the tabs that actually activate the the blade action break off and then the Bullet does not work. The cups should be made of glass not flimsy plastic where the tabs break off. If there was an option to just purchase certain cups at an economical price then maybe I would forgive the defect, but there are no affordable options other than buying a whole set of cups, many of which we don't even use.

Can not make pesto

It was good to make smooth and very convenient to drink.
However i used to make basil pesto and it was terrible. The leaves could not be cut down into small things. They were just cut into 2-3 parts for each leaves. Very disappointed because that is not how they are said to work

I bought this a few weeks ago, thinking it was would be like a smaller, more compact version of the nutri-bullet. It is smaller, which is nice because I travel a lot, but it isn't nearly as powerful. Doesn't even thoroughly blend berries for a smoothie. Also, only comes with one blade, which makes for a lot of washing. I loved the nutri-bullet and maybe should have spent the extra dough to replace mine.
