I bought from Costco few months ago but all cups are cracked now. I do not recommend this product

Ehhhhh, doesn't chop well it all...

I've only used it a few times, but I'm not impressed, especially with it's chopping. I threw in half a red onion and still came out with huge pieces. Then the next day I wanted to make scrambled eggs, I threw in the onion, cherry tomatoes and eggs and milk. The cherry tomatoes weren't chopped, only came out as big pieces clumped together. I can only imagine if I threw in parts of ham steak like it said....
I think the blades are too big, the reason I bought this is because I already have a big blender and figured the Magic Bullet, being smaller, would nicely chop, but the blades on the Magic Bullet are as big as on the big blender!
I could literally chop the onion faster than better than the Magic Bullet....
I bought this to make a paste out of various spices, garlic, olive oil etc. But I don't think it will work.
Granted I've only had it a few days...but, first impressions....nah.
I'm on the verge of returning it...

Never worked properly

The first problem I had was with the rubber ring constantly coming out. Then after only a little over a year, it stopped working completely. I always had to thaw the fruit because it never chopped them completely. I wouldn't recommend this product.

This is perfect size for a quick smoothie or chopping up food. One of the major downsides to this is the loudness and having no on/off button. Cleaning is somewhat a hasel, having thin skin, the plastic "trim" on the inside can easily scrap the top layer. I'd prefer they spend some additional engineering on the cup design and blades for cleaning.

Liked the small size for use in my motorhome but don't be fooled! This product does not hold up. I have had 2 of them and both failed. I have used this product only a handful of times and watched videos and read instructions to use properly so I don't burn it out. Just went to grind my coffee and nothing! Again! Twice! Less than a 1/2 hour total time on this product and it doesn't work. A big waist of money!

Decent product - Poor cups

We have purchased two MBs. When it works it does a good job. However, same problem with both units. We use two times per day every day to blend our cat's food. Each time we blend about 4 or 5 times for 20 to 30 seconds. After 4 months the little plastic clips on the 12 oz cup that activate the motor break off rendering the unit useless. We have been very careful to use properly.
I would recommend this product with reservation.
