All Good Things Come to an END! MY last one!
I've owned 4 in the past 12 years. My last one only "worked" for 6 weeks! Smelled STUNK like something was burning / rotten. All I even used for was Whipping Milk - made for coffee Drinks - NoT in anyway abused!!

The first Magic Bullet I had and used everyday for 5 years to make smoothies and grind spices. The motor still worked but the connector to the bottom blade wore off. Too bad they don't sell the replacement part. It is a good unit nevertheless. Easy to use and easy to clean.

I've purchased 4 of these and every single 1 has burnt up in a months time. Using the frozen shake recipes to the T and it can't hold up!

I’ve used Magic Bullets every day for years and they’ve been fantastic. When my latest finally quit after several years, I tried replacing it. Three new Magic Bullets in a row had to be returned. They all were barely able to spin a smoothie, smelled bad, overheated and stopped in less than 30 seconds. You’ve ruined a great product with whatever product or manufacturing changes you’ve made. Sad.

I have had two previous sets of the expanded versions of the magic bullet with additional tools and containers. My first one I passed on to a friend when I bought a new one with a blender like container. My second one which I had used for every meal for almost two years because of surgeries on my lower jaw, I recently gave to a friend whose husband can only swallow pureed food. She uses it all the time and welcomes all the features. So, for myself I recently bought the "original magic bullet." I am very glad I did and got it just in time as sadly I have developed more problems with my jaw. The Magic Bullet is my life saver. I am glad that it is so easy to use and so versatile.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Burning Smell, inconsistently works

I bought this about 3 months ago. Ever since I bought it there has been a burning smell after seconds of use. I ignored this issue since it seemed to do the job quickly and did not affect the taste. However, in the last few weeks, it inconsistently works. Some days it will not start, or will start and then stop working. It stopped working again this morning and still has not resolved, so I find myself searching for a more reliable blender. I gave this product 2 star for that despite the burning smell, it did work good for a couple of months.

I have had 2 machines within 1 and 1/2 years Both machines have had the plastic wear out , the blades do not function with frozen fruit and the plastic cups are poorly made. Should have known better after machine #1
