Third time the cross cut blade wore out and the rep asked me to check the base motor and that was the real problem.

I bought a Magic bullet several years ago and a friend of mine unfortunately broke it. I ordered another one and the motor wasn't working correctly or at all. I called Magic Bullet and they so kindly sent me another motor with new blades without any questions and not having the inconvenience of sending the broken parts back. I really appreciated their fantastic customer service and now my new Bullet is working perfectly. Thank you to one and all and by the way I LOVE my Magic Bullet

I had a problem with the cross blade that I have. I called customer service and spoke to Ralph. that gentleman was very nice and professional. he was thorough and very pleasant. no arguments, the cross blade is defective and he is sending me one right away. thank you Magic Bullet for standing by your warranty.

I have heard of the magic bullet but he never used one until I bought it, it is the neatest thing and it's making me healthy. I believe I'm feeling better since I've started crushing the fruits and vegetables and drinking them but anyway it's really really a good product.

I called because I neede repacement blades due to the rubber wearing out and the
gaskets not holding in place.
