I received my magic bullet Dec 2014 as a Christmas present. It is the white limited edition that only came with 1 blade. From the first time I tried to used it my bullet unfortunately did not work. I called and they sent me a new base in approximately 8 days. Everything worked fine up until 1 week ago. My bullet stopped working again. This time the blade and base had a white powder. Not sure what it is but I called and I should be receiving a new base and blade in the mail. I am not too impressed with the product however, the customer service has been great. I hope I do not continue to have issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely Useful-Great Customer Service!

I bought this product about 6 months ago. For about 4 months I used it daily and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, at the 4 month mark, I began to have some trouble with my unit. I stopped using it, but quickly began to miss it. Eventually, I called Magic Bullet customer service. Steven was EXTREMELY helpful (quite possibly the most helpful, competent, telephone-based customer service agent with whom I have ever interacted.) By the end of the phone call, Magic Bullet had agreed to send me all the replacement components I needed at no charge but a nominal shipping fee. I am very satisfied with this product.
