Great, easy to use, but power base died

I bought this less than a year ago and the power base already broke! Customer service was great though and a new one is on its way.

My unit was over 10 years old, so when it broke, I was concerned that it wasn't repairable/replaceable. Your customer service was a fantastic help.

The seal would not seal. I called to get a new one and the representative gave me a new one. Very nice and I really appreciate.

It's very practical and small enough to stay on top of counter. Also easy to use, no complicated gears or gadgets to mess with. Love it.

Excellent Product and Service

I've been using my unit almost daily for over a year and had to replace the blade after it started leaking. The website recommended replacing every 6 months, so I ordered a new one. The wrong blade came in for my model (600), and I called and they replaced it for me with the correct model. Excellent customer service!
I would recommend marking the product more clearly as to which model it is, or allow you to input the serial number to look it up to avoid this sort of mix up.
