Major let down from the similar 2008 model!

Just bought this as a replacement for similar model (2008) which started to leak freon (we have two serving as a 2nd fridge and freezer). Major disappointment in overall quality and features. Seems that cost reduction needs have driven decisions. Will not recommend if you are particular about design, efficiency and basic features such as covered dairy compartment. The lower basket is a poor design and does not easily slide in and out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Door problem

After purchasing the unit with a reversible door not only would the door not open all the way, and we had to reverse back but condensation is icing over at the top. We will see if it will be serviced properly since Frigidaire does not service my area.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit has given us trouble from the beginning. It's supposed to be "frostless", but it freezes up. I've had warranty work done for a faulty thermostat because it wasn't keeping food frozen.

Purchased 2 units for my auxiliary overflow inventory. Couldn't ask for more. Constant temps at either refrigeration or freeze
