It is a replacement model of one I bought in 2007. Was disappointed the original one I bought did not last longer before having to be replaced.

Performs as expected for a GE product. Nice control panel, self explanatory and easy to use. My favorite thing is that it runs quietly as we have an open kitchen and living area.

This was selected by our builder, but we are very pleased. It has all the special buttons and features that we tend to use: defrost, popcorn, etc.

I bought this to replace my 15 year old GE Profile. It has been a great product and easy to use. Simple to install. My favorite feature is the defrost.

Bought this model to replace an earlier GE model that died. Bigger capacity and better features like My Plate. Auto Defrost works better too.

I purchased this about four months ago and so far, no major issues. I had a previous model of this microwave and it lasted about 7 years before giving up the ghost. I will say that this one isn't as quite as the previous model. It's got a rather loud hum while in operations. I would also note that the install kit was somewhat difficult to figure out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
