A Good Replacement

We had a very similar GE microwave for a little more than 10 years and then it abruptly stopped- sudden death. This new oven fits the space (and mounting rack for "built-in" appearance) perfectly. It seems less reliable in cooking my favorite frozen breakfast sandwhiches, but does a great job w/vegetables. We don't reheat much but when we have it seemed skilled.

I am a loyal GE customer, yet the quality of this replacement microwave and the rigors of securing the correct item to fit in the "built" in space was extremely frustrating. The cost associated with the trim kit, since GE tweeked the measurements by 1/8inch within the last 5 years made this a very costly replacement!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was an in cabinet replacement for a frigidaire microwave that was originally in space. The first one we purchased sounded like a small plane taking off when it was in operation. We took back to store for a replacement. The microwave is quieter and does what we want it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!
