I bought this microwave a month ago love most things about it. Just wish the timer was as loud as the sound when you have cooked something in it.

This is a BIG microwave. When measuring the depth of your installation space, be sure to allow an extra 2+inches for the power plug.

We like everything about it except the control buttons are too small. They are hard to read and easily missed if you have large fingers. Otherwise I would rate it a 5 star

We had the Monogram microwaves before but they just didn't last as long so we got the Profile instead and we are very satisfied.
