OK unit. Difficult to push desired settings, no alarm when timer goes to zero. Not sure it was worth paying the premium to buy GE.

This is the biggest microwave I have ever seen! It's got tons of room for large or tall dishes. It's great. Love the express button feature too.

After the timer zeros out the microwave keeps running. It's a waste of electricity.

Reheats too hot; no known way to fine-tune

Using the sensor reheat function, I have yet to find a single-serving portion of any dish not reheated to mouth-blistering temperatures. I wish there was a way to adjust the software to personal preference. The "My Plate" button is just plain difficult and redundant--7 of the 10 choices are cooking vegetables, but there's already a vegetable button! The in-wall trim piece accessory that goes with this unit wasn't large enough to cover the hole in my new construction. Other than these annoyances, the product has (four months so far) worked very reliably and consistently, which is by far my most important expectation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Put your coffee mug in the front on the turntable and no matter how much time you program it will inevitably end up at the back requiring a long reach since the condo owner had it installed below the countertop.

Chose model because of high cooking power and very large turntable which allows casarole dish to fit. Within one month of purchase unit failed, nothing worked. Product Service Tech found internal wire has come off terminal. Since then, all is well. Would have rated 4 stars except for need of service.

This is a good microwave with adequate power and features. The automatic settings for reheat and food types seem to work well. The glass door DOES fog up - but the owner's manual says that is normal...
I would recommend this to a friend!
