Overall design could have been better

I use very little microwave cooking, so this is just ok to my usage. But the design could've been better with a handle for opening. It just has a press button for the door, which is not user friendly. Otherwise cooks good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not User Friendly

I have been using this microwave for 2 months in our new home. The incessant beeping during the defrost cycle is very annoying! The express cook options using the numbers 1-6 is NOT user friendly. I do not always want 3 minutes of full power. So many extra buttons to push. The timer button is too close to the cook time button. The continued beeping after the cycle is over does not stop until you open the door. This is also NOT necessary. I do like the large capacity. You can mute the sound - but this is not helpful either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our old GE microwave broke down so we got this new one-- the dimensions are a little different since they don't make the same size built-in microwaves as years ago, so this was tricky for us to install. Lots of trimming of the cabinets and sheetrock but got it to fit. Overall it does look nice and works well. One design issue is the Start and Stop buttons are small and look about the same, and the print is faint and small, so it takes a while to get used to where all the buttons are. Overall the product seems to work fine-- there was a dent inside the back wall of my microwave, but didn't notice till it was installed, so I am leaving it there. The dent doesn't seem to be affecting the microwave's function so far. I've only had it for a couple weeks so no comments on longevity yet.

Its whisper quite and looks GREAT in my kitchen! WE have it in our bar and it fits slim to the cabinets.
