First one lasted 10 yrs without any trouble. Our second one was a lemon. Was serviced 4 times:-( so far this one hasn't given us any trouble!

This failed on the first day. It took 4 visits to fix and sounds terrible when it runs.

Great Microwave but very pricy

I only bought this microwave because it matches the suite of appliances that I purchased in the slate finish. Compared to other microwaves, it is very expensive for the same features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features - and powerful

I bought this to replace a 13 year old model of the same design which was fantastic. This one has some extra features and is quieter too. Hope it remains as reliable. It fits perfectly into my built in kitchen too which is great after all these years. I have great faith in these appliances and the design is very smart too.
