A lot of great features at a good value.

Our previous home had an Advantium which, other than the horrible dial you turn and push to make selections, we loved for the rest of its features and capabiliites. When we moved we selected this microwave as a "stop gap" until GE redesigns their Advantium to make the user interface better. In a world of touch screens the "dial" is cumbersome and limiting; not able to give you a broad range of options all at once.
This microwave cooks as expected and has a great selection of 1-touch options that make it very versatile. It also looks great, as do the rest of the GE Profile appliances in the kitchen. The one annoyance is that it has already, after only about 3 months of use, has developed a squeek in the mechanism that spins the glass turntable. It can get quite loud at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but very expensive

Great Large microwave to replace my existing old one in the same cabinet cut out. Compared to other microwaves it is very expensive but I needed it to fill my cabinet cut out and this and the trim fit perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All the features you look for in a microwave

Bought this microwave to compliment my GE Profile Double-Wall Oven for a kitchen remodel. It is a much larger version of our old, counter-top microwave so we knew the available features. Two things I wish it had - a handle and the GE Profile logo.

Cooks well, too many "features"

There is a lot to like about this microwave oven, but a few frustrating things as well. It cooks quickly, in less time than other ovens of the same wattage. We do NOT like the quick buttons feature, cooking for 1 to 6 minutes automatically by pressing the corresponding number on the keypad, mostly because all of our prior ovens had one type in the time to cook and then press the Time Cook button, the reverse of this oven. Sensor cooking does NOT have any settings for meats, which odds VERY frustrating! Had we known all this in advance, we wouldn't have purchased this microwave!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
