quiet and efficient

After 12 years my old microwave just quit. I searched for the exact same model to get the exact same dimensions as the old one was installed in the cabinet. The specifications listed the dimensions and I found the best price...delivered in less than a week. This updated version is sleek and much quieter. The keypad is a bit smaller and there are a few minor changes to get used to but it is nice to have a plug and play replacement.

Not a robust design

Bought this as part of an integrated oven and microwave upgrade. As a microwave it works splendidly, but the unit has a flimsy feel. For example if you push the door closed from the bottom of the door, it doesn't close completely. The eight year old, still functioning, unit is is replacing doesn't have this issue. If the door were stiffer ti would close completely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Enjoy great microwave

Just had replacement microwave installed last night for arcing one installed when house was built. Not sure why that would have happened since we've been using it for about 19 months. We bought the same model so it would fit in the trim kit already here. Really hope it will last much longer!!
Will only recommend this if it has the normal lifespan for a microwave-years, not months!
