Love how quiet this microwave is and the nice size. It reheats great and pops popcorn wonderfully! Fluffy kernels and hardly any old maids!

The door does not close unless you slam it. The keyboard is too small and I keep hitting the timer button. I want to replace it already. Don't like it at all.

This is the second time I'm getting this appliance. I have to go with it to match the frame and size of the existing cabinet. Ours is the new construction, so the builder installed it. It's being 4 years now, and once in every year we have to call the technician to fix problem. Finally, when it came up this year, I've decided to get rid of it. Always the problem used to be with parts behind the number panel. I've no idea what exactly the part is.
An order need to be placed for the broken parts and have to wait for a month. After the parts arrive, again wait for the technician's appointment. I have to depend on a cheaper microwave which sits on the counter top for more than a month. Couple of times the parts are back ordered and Just imagine the wait time.

However, when it works, it's perfect.

Bought for a new construction and there is plenty of room for large plates and it operates very quietly. Happy with our purchase haven't had any issues.
