GE Profile Series Not What They Used To Be

I originally purchased the model in Dec. 2015, after using it for 18 months it stopped working and need replaced. We purchased the same model to replace the one that stopped working. We have had for about 2 or 3 months. The problem with this one is it holds the moisture really bad. The other one did not do that. So the inside of the microwave is always very wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the 2nd microwave in 4 years. I bought this same exact model in 2013 and I was shocked that it broke within 4 years (sparks coming out of it, unplugged as I was afraid of a fire). I looked around for another brand, but there was none that would fit my custom cabinet, so I purchased the exact same model. It was disappointing as my original GE convection.microwave lasted 15 years. Hope I get more than 4 years out of this one.

We wanted the same model as our old GE microwave so that it would fit nicely into the same trim kit as our old 11 year model. Works & fits fine as a "built in".
