Great Microwave Oven

I really like this microwave. It's simple to operate, quiet, and heats evenly. With the optional trim kit, it's looks very high end in my kitchen. Very affordable product.

Defective to say the least!

The product was installed in a new construction. It was only used sparingly for 8-9 months and suddenly died. Not a good product! Very cheap! I would NOT recommend.

this is our third one we had failures with the first two. it was more expensive to repair than purchase a new one

Defective Product

I am writing regarding my defective 2.5 year old GE built-in microwave which is continuing to cook/heating after the cook time and when the door is closed. The heating is extremely powerful as evidence by several items left and overcooked in the oven. Unfortunately, the only way to turn off the microwave oven is to turn off its respective circuit breaker in our garage. The control keypad is not responding to the buttons pressed. The oven is part of a suite of appliances that we received from NV Homes in Delaware. We selected the GE appliances due to GE's reputation. I look forward to speaking with you to discuss a resolution to this matter

Quality plus appearance

My old ge went to graveyard, so I got another just like my 10 year old one except I went with new one, stainless steel. The adapter cover ,even tho purchased in sept, won't be available until dec10' don't understand the delay, all great features again

Lots of power

It cooks food quickly and it looks nice. However, the door does not shut easily. You have to shut it hard for it to close. You almost have to slam it.
