I had this microwave installed in November 2017 and from the get-go, it caused problems. The door would not close/open properly, the oven consistently had moisture in it, and last week, it continually stopped heating. PAIN.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the looks, easy to use and clean. Only thing i wish i could do is have the "beep" only "beep" once when it is done - instead of every 30 seconds after you leave something in there.

This is my 3rd GE microwave to go bad!! This one is only 1 year old. The trim kits never work with the newest model. Pick something else!

Stopped working after 4 years of use.

Kitchen remodel 4 years ago, purchased GE Profile stainless appliances. Microwave stopped working today. Appliance filled the kitchen with smoke. I removed it from the cabinet to unplug from the receptacle when I received a electric shock. GOT MY ATTENTION.
Is this appliance built to last only 4 years???
