Close to a year and no issues!

Have been using for close to a year and not problems. Food heats up quickly and evenly. We do not use half of the features but the common ones work fine for us.

Continued problems

Inherited this microwave with the 4-year old house we purchased 6 months ago. About 2 in the sensor cook functions malfunction and burnt a meal to a crisp. Had to discard the plate. This month the unit started running continuously when the door was closed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lamp burned out after three months in microwave.. Merchant wanted me to bring same in. Cannot lift it. Merchant sent new lamp. Did not have special tool to remove cowling. Still no lamp.

Some Quirks

Came with our new house. Very efficient job of cooking/heating. Door does not always shut properly. Have to push in top to make sure it's closed. Round, glass tray inside has to be put in just so. Otherwise it hits the door while turning. Nice features and I like that I can turn off the sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
