[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great, our microwave work almost five years, after stop Heating, i tray to find and not available, i replace of expense part láser, and it keep worksing perfect for one adictional year, stop again.!! Not good producto.!!

Unexpectedly Dangerous. Burst into Flames.

We have enjoyed this microwave uneventfully until two days ago when I tried to melt white chocolate in a small glass bowl. The interior right burst into flames. We have ceased using it and will be looking for a more reliable, less dangerous replacement. We are disappointed because it is inset into our island, so we will be working to find a safe, reliable microwave as well as one that will fit in our available inset space. Probably means a new trim kit too. Unwanted and unexpected expense especially at the holidays.
