This microwave stopped working a few months ago, I need to replace it with another one of the same dimensions, it has a frame of the same material that covers the outside of it given it a great look, I like the new one to look the same, can you provide me with the information of another one with the same dimensions Thank you

Good before it caught fire

My microwave caught on fire today after sparking for a few weeks. I came here and saw I am not alone. Seems like it should have lasted longer than 6 years, cest la vie. Now I have to find one that will fit the hole above my oven. Lucky me.

Lasted only 5 years, all the internals and switches inside went bad. Terrible longevity. Do better GE, make better quality products.

Our microwave only lasted 6 years. It started sparking inside so we changed the plate inside but it didn't work. We are replacing it before it starts a fire.

Issues after 1.5 years of use

We bought this 4/21/22 because we needed a larger white Countertop microwave and had GEs before. It was pretty expensive compared to OTR microwaves but that wasn't an option for us. It was a nice microwave until a week or so ago when it started sparking and arching. I keep it clean inside so that isn’t the cause of the issue. Very disappointed that it died so soon after the warranty is up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unsafe Appliance

As others have said, ours is 7 years olds and started on fire last night. We will be shopping for a new replacement today. Guess when someone’s’ house burns down something will happen with this product.
