Brought microwave to replace a GE product that only lasted 5 yrs because of its size which had to fit an existing opening. Very poor quality compared to previous product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the closest to the model we previously owned (it lasted us 12 years!) -- we simply chose the black to match our oven. It's easy to operate, looks GREAT!

We had this model installed with our new house. It failed within 1.5 months and GE service had it replace within 3 business days. Really wonderful service!

Display broke out of the box. Microwave display is gibberish and won't display numbers correctly.

Works fine. The Timer beep only beeps once

Works fine. Unfortunately the timer beep, just has a short one pulse beep, so we always miss it. Our previous GE microwave beeped several times.
