a little flimsy maybe. fingerprints are annoying other than that its great so far

Just made Thanksgiving dinner

For fitting in the same spot as standard range it does quite a bit more. With the extra oven space and for warming tray. Dinner was made in 2/3rds the time. Looks great excited about using the wok burner attachment. Will dress up the kitchen. Samsung makes nice stuff.

Great Features, Poor Manual and Online Information

I love the product. Will use all features. The manual, however, is poorly written. It is idiomatically English as a second language and also does not contain complete instructions. I am an editor and professional proofreader for manuals and other printed and website informational literature. This manual is not up to par. Furthermore, though recycled paper is useful, the numerals on the quick-start manual are unreadable. Website doesn't seem to contain help for recipes as other brands do. This would be helpful. A clarification on whether the reverse side of the griddle can be used as a grill for steaks (it does have grooves), would be useful. Also, the website for registering doesn't mention registration--you have to sign up to get to that site, even though the manual's cover has "register" on the cover! Finally, the manual doesn't tell us where the serial number for the range is located (it's on the side of the pull-out warming drawer, way at the bottom). I used my cell phone camera to take a photo of the serial number--not all of us can bend that far or read that closely--a more readable location would not only be useful, but welcome!
Pros: Bright display
Cons: instruction manual., registration process., writing quality.

Stainless steel does leave fingerprints, but I find it easier to keep clean versus the enamel coating of my previous range. The wide range of features makes this a great buy.

I have many Samsung products and all have been very reliable. The new range was no exception, great features, pleasing design, easy to use and easy to maintain. I will always put Samsung products at the top of my list.
