This range was an upgrade. I was looking for a 5th burner and better controls (the knobs and the control panel). This range offers that and more. It is a focal point in my kitchen and I am happy to have something that looks so good. I love the gliding rack, the griddle and the warming drawer. I have not used the convection feature yet.
I did find out from the installation guide that I could adjust the flame. That was a relief. Initially, I could not "simmer" anything! That was easy to fix.

Great features and great performance

This range has great features including the simmering burner, the high output burner and the fifth
burner for the griddle. The oven preheats very fast and the roll out oven rack is a real plus.
This is the best range/oven I have ever owned and the price was a bargain, given the features
included. I spent time doing my research prior to making the purchase and my time was rewarded with a quality product.

I have never had such a beautiful range in my 49 years of marriage! I have baked cakes..cookies..roasts..pies. I am so impressed with the convection oven. I cannot say enough about it!

We purchased a new competitors range after having our starter range for over 16 years. We could not get rid of the factory odor after two self clean cycles and returned it to the store. Bought this product and it worked like a charm with no odor.
Love the features and the true convection is great for baking cookies.
We enjoy this range so much that we just installed the matching microwave today.

This product is what I expected

I love the double flame burner, oven works great for baking and roasting. The small simmer burner work well for simmering.
The only complaint for the produce is I selected the all stainless steel cooktop when you removed the cast iron grids for cleaning and if you are not very careful when you put then back it will scratch the cooktop so the stove. I'm extra careful with it and I still have scratches on the cooktop.
Very disappointed about this and I wish Samsung can give me some ideas as how to remove the scratches!
Other than that I love my new gas range with convention oven.

This is a beautful range...if you keep it clean

I love the new range a lot...It's appearance and features are top-notch.
One...only one so far...caveat: Because it is totally stainless steel, clean up is a serious challenge. I use a sponge with detergent and then wipe it down with a soft cotton towel. I also have a stainless cleaner that I use for major cleanups....again, wiping it down with the cotton towel.
I like my range to be spotless because of its beauty...if you aren't as concerned with how your range looks, you'll absolutely love this range.

Great Performance

I am still learning how this oven works. I have to keep the manual close by when cooking due to the number of buttons to push to turn on, set temp, and start. Not easy, but I like the performance once I figure it out.
