It is product, an HP printer won't work without it. And with it, you still get demands to install a brand new color cartridge as well. If you don't it says you have a counterfeit cartridge and it prevents you from using the software properly for printing. There's cookies in the Wi-Fi to keep you from using your Wi-Fi, about the best thing that works is a direct Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise the cookies kill everything else. They seem to be doing pretty good with Apple and Adobe.

There seem to be significant issues with the HP software updates. I haven't heard of these issues before. If the issues are with the cookies, uninstalling the most recent update might work. Still, the best course of action is to work with a support specialist to figure out the interference. Contact the support staff at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. i have bought double package ink. 61 and 65 twice the black ink cartage would not work.

It is unfortunate the double package of cartridges would not work. It might be a greater issue than just the cartridges. I'm sorry you experienced this issue. To help the printer recognize a new cartridge, take out the cartridge and conduct a printer restart. Have you contacted support? Our site is www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. If you think the cartridges are defective, you may also return them.
