My office printer ran out of ink and I was in panic mode trying to find the ink at my local retailers. Since I failed at finding anything similar or exact to what I needed, I searched online and found HP had a window popup from my printer stating, "BUY ONLINE". I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided it was my only choice. After using HP's tools to find my ink quickly, I realized they had overnight shipping and was I surprised at how affordable it was. I completed my purchase that evening and found the package delivered the next morning. I can personally say I was impressed with the service and quality and would recommend HP to anyone. They've earned my business and trust for life!
