We were very impressed with the ability to get what we needed. Also to get it pronto the next day so that we can continue our work was very impressive. Simply amazing. HP is #1.

This is a very nice black cartridge for the money. If it is used just to print receipts then it will last quite a few months. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

As mentioned in the summary, this ink compares well with inks for high end machines. It lasts as long as promised and if used with the right paper and settings, it outputs business quality letters.
