I have always bought name products except for once and regretted it the minute I installed the cartridge was so glad when I got the "real" thing back. Worth the pennies it cost.
Excellent-choice for the casual-user, because of the size/price-range. But admittedly, if you're going to do medium-to-heavy usage? Buy this one like a "spare-tire", until you can get the XL-Capacity! Other than that, I could find NO-difference, in ink/print-quality whatsoever, between the two. And, best of all? You cannot install either of the Black and/or Tri-Color Cartridges wrong! They'll only fit ONE-way, and that's the correct-way! Doesn't take a "techie" to make it work...!
I purchase directly from you online, and have nothing but trouble with the cartridges. The computer keeps telling me they are not real and I constantly get messages while trying to print - do I want to continue? The installed cartridges aren't real, etc. and they only last for about 10 pages. I am soooo disgusted with you, your service, and your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the 2 new cartridges in my HP printer, and it thanked me for using genuine HP ink. 2 days later I go to print something and it's telling me I need to change the ink. I shook them, cleaned all the connection points, same thing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Black Ink Cartridges were delivered in a few days, as usual. Problem free insertion and work perfectly, worth the money and highly recommended.
