[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my inexpensive HP printer for about ten years; it replaced a printer that was a different brand. I print very little, and the other-brand printer got clogged up and stopped printing; I tried and tried but could not get the print-head unclogged. The HP printer still works great after all of these years. If I'm not mistaken, the print-head is built into the ink cartridges; therefore, if they get clogged and running cleaning cycles does not clear them, simply replacing the cartridge will fix the problem.
