What's great about it: Size and style.
What's not so great: Very loud.
Due to the reviews, I purchased this unit. I liked the size & style.
Perfect for my desk. Really nice looking unit. I was truly
disappointed when I turned it on. It was so loud. I returned it
to the store but I am going to order another one & hope the next
one lives up to the good reviews it has received. Just waiting
for Best Buy to reissue my $30.00 rewards certificate that I used for this one. Wish me luck. I really like this unit.

What's great about it: Small (has about the same foot print as a sheet of paper, inexpensive, one of them was whisper quiet.
What's not so great: One of them was defective.
I bought two of these. One for my bedroom and one for my office. The first one I put in my bedroom and it works great. It's whisper quiet even on high and I can tell that the dust in the air is reduced drastically. The air has a nice clean smell to it and I've noticed I'm less stuffed up in the mornings.
The second unit for my office sounds like a boat motor. On medium and low it bangs like the motor is loose and out of balance. It's not bad on high but it's still twice as loud as my other one. I'm going to return it and have them get me another one. I'll post it on here if there are any problems with that one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great purifier. When i got it i thought it would be a little bigger. works great. After a couple of hours i noticed i wasnt soo stuffed up in my nose anymore got rid of all the allergins or mold spores. and my room didnt stick anymore. I love the fact that its a 3 in 1. the filter only needs to be replaced every six months. I highly recommend to anyone with a small room

What's great about it: Great value
What's not so great: Little noisy
Bought this to filter out dust and air particles while there was some minor construction going on in my house. It worked very well for a bedroom. It could use a quieter mode for sleeping but if you put it at the corner away from the bed and run it on low it was fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Filters cigarette smoke very effectively, strong enough for a decent sized room.
What's not so great: Filters are pricey, but they do claim to last 6 months.
One of the main reasons I purchased this particular air purifier is because I moved in with a smoker. So I needed something that would combat the smell of smoke, and not break the bank.
This unit is small, smaller than I figured it would be based on the pictures, and that had my a little concerned after spending the money and bringing it home. However my concerns were put to rest quickly. This has an excellent filtration system, and it does not ionize the air (which is quite bad for smokers environments, it makes the smoke stick to the walls easier). It even helps kill more germs with a UV light inside the unit.
I have this unit in the main living area, which is smoked in frequently. It keeps the room bearable while someone is smoking, and most importantly within minutes afterwards it's like no one ever lit up that cigarette at all.
I'm sure a larger, more expensive unit will do even better, but for the small size and the relative small pricetag, this is an excellent air purifier. I'm debating buying another one now so I don't most this one around the house with me! It moves alot of air for such a small unit, and the faint hum that comes from it on high doesn't bother me at all, even at night trying to sleep.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: I can't find any negative aspects to this product.
I just bought 2 of these last night because I have pets, a bad air conditioning system, problems with mold and allergies. I bought one for my kitchen and one for my bedroom. Last night I set the one up in the kitchen because that's where the mold spores are and that's where 2 of my dogs sleep. This morning the room had no odor whatsoever so I set the second one up in my bedroom which always smells of the cat's litter box which is in the master bath, plus just the fact of having 3 cats. Within 2 hours I went back in the room and ALL of the odor was completely gone.. litterbox and all !! I'm VERY impressed with these,
The reason I bought this particular one was because it not only had a HEPA filter but has a carbon filter and UV technology for effective germ/bacteria elimination and its ability to kill mold spores in addition to filtering out other pathogens, pet dander, etc. It's small and very quiet and can be put almost anywhere... on a counter, desk, dresser, bookcase, etc. There are 3 speeds, filters last 6-8 mos and the UV light can last many years w/o replacement.
Best appliance I've bought and only wish I'd bought one a long time ago. Having a fresh smelling , healthy house is wonderful !
I would recommend this to a friend!
