Works Well But!

Easy to set up and use. I send out a news letter each month so use mail merge to print the envelopes.
The HL-2270DW will not allow printing of envelopes or labels from the paper tray, must be fed one by one manualy so cannot use mail merge for envelopes. So far have not been able to find a workaround. Will probably have to replace the printer.

I purchased this printer as we write a lot of checks at one time for our fair. Needed something that was fast and not going to give us any trouble with eating checks and paper jams. So far so good. Made it thru the first fair with only one minor issue. Only issue is the ink on my checks bleed to the bottom of the check. Like my name and address show faintly on the bottom of the checks. Not sure if this is my checks which are purchased from a good company or if I need to order special laser checks or if it will work itself out over time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Definitely have received the expected performance.
Best feature is the ability to duplex copies.
Toner cartridges seem to be lasting satisfactorily.
