Love my HL-2270DW Compact Laser Printer

We had grown frustrated with ink jet printers because they were constantly running out of Ink and more expensive to use. Found a great Review of Brother Laser printers. Purchased my first HL-2270DW Laser Printer for my small country church about a year ago. We found it to be affordable and make such beautifully clear prints, we bought two more printers this Christmas. We bought one for ourselves at home and a third printer for a daughter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have an older Brother all in one lazer printer which has worked perfectly for many years, when I needed one to use down stairs I purchased the HL-2270DW an an very disappointed with this unit.
Every so often it just stops working with an error message that the unit is not connected and I have to reload the software over and over again to get it to work. I do not recommend this unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prints Great Text But Bad Gray Scale Images

Printing gray scale shows light and dark horizontal bands/lines throughout. Printer is good for text only.

So far, I have been very happy with my purchase; I haven't had it all the long but I really don't foresee any problems, as this product was recommended by a Dealer who has had this same Printer for some time. I also feel that Brother's stand by their products for they want their customers well satisfied.

We print a lot of two sided copies for work and this printer works great. We set it up to auto print on both sides of the paper after it was added to the network.

I purchased the HL2270DW to support my business. This is my third brother printer. Fast, quiet, and economical. The 2270DW is easy to set up and the wireless function makes the printer extremely convenient. Highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for an efficient B/W printer.

Good Printer with Duplex

I purchased this printer to replace a broken laser printer. This has duplex, ethernet and wireless for cell phones as bonus compared to my old printer with only usb. Prints well. Also, the replacement toners are inexpensive.
