Excellent machine

Excellent performance for a very reasonable price.
Very good printing at a high speed and not a jam so far. I run from 2-6 hundred copies a day and it starts, prints, and stops with never a problem. It handles envelopes, labels, and odd sizes of paper easily. I have a Brother MFC machine as well as this printer and would highly recommend both. This is my 6th Brother machine and I have been very happy with all of them.

Fast and efficient

This printer is fast and does duplex printing well. This is one of the reasons I bought it. The functionality and quality of print is excellent. On the downside the printer is not as quiet as some but I am more concerned with dependability and quailty and for those two qualities it fits the bill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent printer, bargain price

It's compact, it's versatile, it sets up easily. I'm using it as a network printer with a hard wired Ethernet connection, but the wireless option is handy. Highly recommended!

Backup became goto

We bought this printer as a backup to our Epson.
The HL-2270DW was easier to setup than some of the reviews said it was. I am not that tec-smart. This was our backup printer and is now our goto printer. We have had the printer about 3 months and love it. It runs wireless to three of my computers. I wish I could get it to work on my webos device. If you are looking for a good low cost printer you can depend on go with the
HL-2270DW

YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER PRINTER. THIS IS A LASER PRINTER AND IS ONLY BLACK PRINT. THIS IS WHAT I WANTED AND I SURE AM PLEASED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT NEED A COLOR PRINTER.

Good upgrade

After having an HP4plus for 16 and a half years, this little Brother is a cool upgrade for me. It is tiny compared to the bulky one I had, but it works just as well and boy do I do lots of printing.

Very Good Value

I have had this printer about a month now and it has worked extremely well. Print speed and quality are excellent. The duplex capablity is a real papersaver and fairly quick as well.
The wireless capability is also excellent.
It is a little noiser than my previous one and the cooling fan stays on for quite some time. That said, it is about 3 feet from my ear, and the sound level does not interfere with phone conversations.

Too Good to Be True

When it came time to replace the expensive ink cartridges in my inkjet printer, I decided that even with my minimal printing, the clogging of printheads and cost or cartridges would make a laser printer much more practical. I looked for used printers and then found the HL-2270DW with a perfect feature set at about the price I'd pay for a used "bigname" (with fewer features). I was skeptical, but decided to try it. Admittedly, I don't have a large volume of printing, but for 6 months, it has been great.
When I first went to set it up, I had a problem with the wireless connection to my network. I called tech support, and an extremely diligent agent found a very obscure characteristic of my network and gave me the solution. I've never had any tech support that was as good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
