Unusual experience I'm having

I owned the last model like this for several years. No troubles.
This model keeps wanting to print to the manual.
So it has been a bit frustrating. Orange light goes on and I have to run a paper through manual feed.

Hard to decide

It was very hard to connect to the printer wirelessly. Still doesn't work with both iPad and iMac. Could not get it to work at all until I got technical help. Once working, does a good job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Workhorse

I have had this series of printers for many years and tind them reliable workhorses for daily printing. The latest iteration is faster and has more features that make it even more useful.

The HL-2279DW is a great small laser printer, able to take care of all the jobs required here in the office. Very easy wireless setup on several computers with different OS. Fast printing and smooth operation.
