work horse with options

I've had this printer for over a year and have had no problems. The setup is not as easy as it should be but I was able to get the wireless figured out. I likes that I was able to find companies that offer toner cartridge conversions that turned my factory provided cartridge into a high yield cartridge. I liked the printer so much that I bought a Brother color laser one last month.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the HL-2270DW and used it through countless reams of paper and five toner cartridges. This wireless beauty keeps on perking. What I like most is the double-sided printing which cuts my paper cost in half.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brother HL-2270DW good for daily printing

I bought this printer that works with Windows 7 computer for daily printing of black and white documents that will last because of laser printer.

Best Decision I Ever Made

I had been wanting to get away from the awful expense of ink jet printing and decided to give the Brother HL-2270DW Laser printer a try.
Thanks to a well-made video by Brother that takes you step by step through the installation it ended up being a breeze. I added 3 different computers to share the printer as well, all on wireless printing.
The quality of the printing is excellent, even when using "Toner Save Mode". Duplex printing is a snap and was a welcomed feature! The paper tray holds considerably more than my Ink Jet printer. The difference is noise level from ink jet to Laser printing is greatly appreciated.
Overall, considering the savings, the quality and the ease of use I give this Brother HL-2270DW a 5 Star Rating! Well done, Brother!

Purchase of printer was easy. Installation was a breeze. Speed and quality of the printer are amazing.

Good Investment

This printer was all I though it would be, and more, out-of-the-box. However, it did not continue to perform as it did when first used (out-of-the-box). It does not work wirelessly, now, and I have not been able to return it to the status quo ante. Nevertheless, it is a good printer and has been worth the investment of time and money.

Although this Laser Printer is economical (cheap in price), it's very competitive with other expensive ones. I've had a Monochrome Printer before and I was so happy with it because we've used it for over a decade with only minor problems. I thought there won't be another printer like it as far as its performance and durability, but I proved myself wrong when I bought this Brother Laser Printer. It is more superior than others of its class and even better. Very intuitive to set up; simple and yet, a lot of features to offer. Unbelievably very fast without sacrificing its printing quality. Wireless networking and duplex capability are but a few bonus to this "SMALL WONDER Printer".
