Definitely a purchase for those that want to print quality copies in quick, efficient manner. I am one of those people that don't need a color printer, and this one really makes all competitor's "allinone" printers look shabby.
Single page or double page printing is a snap and the printer makes short work of big or small projects.
Best purchase for our needs in 20 years. Love this model and Brother. Highly recommended.

your support website is a trash. I am only looking to download aprinter driver for my brother HL-2270 and it made me go around the loop for an instruction. Why can't you just display the driver where i can download it quickly & simply. Your site is very very user unfriendly.

Tireless printer.

This printer has been a tireless, uncomplaining worker that has outlasted at least three HPs (altho they had more features to go wrong). My next printer will be a Brother!

This is a well-designed unit that has served quite well over the years. I was able to take it apart and fix a little problem with a paper jam with no tools except a screwdriver, which was nice. Now it runs like new and I am expecting many more years of service.

Satisfied With The HL-2270DW

I actually inherited the HL-2270DW printer and it worked well for several years for my sister and has performed well for me for the past two years. The wireless feature is a must for me, but I haven’t tried the duplex feature. I also have a Brother inkjet printer that connects to my iPhone, but I haven’t been able to get the phone to list both my printers and give me an option to print from the two. I don’t know if that’s an Apple issue or an issue with the Brother software or hardware. That requires me to print from my computer only if I want to use the HL-2270DW. That’s the only inconvenience I have encountered and I’m not at all sure the issue is with the Brother software/hardware or the Apple iPhone. Overall I am very pleased with it.
