Love the sleek looks

This machine is a good machine. It looks very appealing and is very quite. The only issue I have is that it does not dry as good as I think it needs to. Over all a good dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for the feedback! The condensation drying system used in the DW80F800 Dishwasher is designed to save energy and prevent damage to any items that may fall to the bottom during the cycle. To help maximize the drying performance, be sure to use a rinse aid and select the Sanitize option, as appropriate.

I was expecting a little more cleaning power out this as an upgrade to our prior dishwasher. If you turn the StormWash on and put something over it, you're good, but it would seem at times I'll unload items from the top that have to be left in for another cleaning cycle.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

It is a big hunk of junk. Though it's very quiet the washing power isn't that great. We constantly experience an OE error code that prevents the machine from running a full cycle.
Cons: Poor quality

Error Code SE or 5E stops the cycle; and soap dispenser door won't open during wash cycle

After only 18 months, our dishwasher, a model DW80F800UWS/AA can not go full cycle. Error code SE or 5E appears just before the washing process is complete. This code indicates a drain issue, possibly a kinked or blocked drain hose, but this is not the case here. The volume of water draining is high and there is no water in the tub when the error code appears and the appliance stops. In addition, the soap dispenser door will not open, this no soap enters the wash cycle. An authorized repairman says the appliance needs a new circuit board (thankfully under warranty) and a new sensor (not under warranty) to correct the error code.
Pros: design is nice
Cons: Did not meet expectations, stopped working after 18 mos
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, my experience with this products reliability is extremely poor

Just over a year from purchase, the dishwasher started producing an OE (overflow error) even though there was no water in the basin. I was able to restart the dishwasher and it would complete the cycle, but that no longer works so I am not sure if it is a sensor or what. If I would have purchased the extended warranty, I would have been covered.
If you keep statistics, you can add this to your customers that will not be returning.
It is too bad because I have no issue with your electronic equipment and was expecting the same reliability in this product.
Pros: quiet
Cons: Poor quality, reliability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Price/Bad Product

Got this product on 4/23/2015. It was great for about 3 months, then error codes 5E started to show up. Checked the drain line and all seemed to be fine. On 10/31/2015 I got a nice trick from the dishwasher on Halloween. A new error code., this time what looks like lE, and now the unit doesn't work. We have had it 6 months and it is useless.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, broken in 6 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unbelievably quiet!

Unbelievably quiet! The first time we turned it on we weren't sure it was even working! With our old machine, you couldn't watch tv in the living room because of the noise it made in the kitchen! Now you would be hard-pressed to hear it at all. A slight swishing of water is the only sound.
The stainless steel interior is a feature the wife and I both appreciate. The Storm Wash, which provides extra water jets under part of the lower tray to clean extra dirty dishes, works very well.
We had only one problem with the machine (which turned out to be my fault.). Samsung sent out a service technician at no cost to us, only to discover the I had accidentally bent the water supply hose while installing the machine! This machine is not the cheapest dishwasher you can buy, but it is well worth the money for what you get. Solid, quiet and well built! We are very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
