after having our new samsung diswasher installed i couldn’t wait to try it out and it worked great. i love that there is a third rack for silverware. there is a secret child lock to keep it from being opened. this dishwasher is so quiet that you have to really listen to know that it is running. the only issue that i have had so far is that you must make sure all food particles are off the dishes before washing. it looks great and i would recommend giving it a try.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had my dishwasher installed 5 days ago and it is already broken.On day 2 the heater lights flashed. Following the instructions in the manual it worked again. Now on day 5 it won't fill with water. A repair person will call within 24 hours.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Samsung will not let me tell you why I am not happy with this dishwasher, all I can say to comply with the review guidelines is that it is not reliable.

Worst. Dishwasher. Ever!

without a doubt, the absolute worst dishwasher i’ve ever purchased. my husband is currently fighting to push the rack back in after loading his dishes. i just battled it a few minutes earlier, same thing. the third rack is a joke, i don't think the water even reaches it. the racks seem to have been designed by someone who has never seen a dishwasher. the rows are too close together for our dishes, cups and bowls go in awkwardly, and everything is still wet when it is “done.” there is also a strange little song it plays at cycle end that stops mid-tune. we bought it 8 months ago and are looking for a replacement! every interaction with this appliance is negative. do yourself and your wallet a favor and pass this one right on by.

This dishwasher is the biggest waste of money, I wish I could take it back. It does not clean the dishes. I have tried everything, all the different brands of soap and none of them make a difference. Save your money buy a different dishwasher I wish I had, I am stuck with one I can't use.

Broken Down Dishwasher

I am so very disappointed with my Samsung Dishwasher. It has not worked for two months and the repairmen have yet to figure out the issue. Most parts have been replaced and it still does not work. I am so concerned that I am considering returning the Samsung Washer and Dryer I just bought.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Got this dish washer in a bundle of appliances. It has broken after 6 months of use. Sensor and control board have been replaced and it is still throwing supply heat or water too hot errors. I've checked the water and it is well within operating temperature. Mean while its been a month with no dish washer.
Pros: good features
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, didn't even last for the one year warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had it right at 2 years the main board went out. Cost almost as much to replace it as it would to get a new dishwasher. Was told I'd be replacing it again in 2 years.
