this dishwasher broke in less than a month. samsung is refusing to repair or replace it under warranty. they are offering to refund me a fraction of the purchase price and that's all.
do yourself a favor and avoid this product and samsung in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was okay, we had scheduled install and that where things went astray. Ended up self installing and was refunded for install charge. Unit is a great machine and would order it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this is September and at the beginning of October it was full of water and would no longer turn on. Samsung said even though it was manufactured in July, they couldn’t fix it. They are supposed to be sending a refund
