No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good functionality but structure need improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit washed very well, was quiet, and the 3 level space made cleanups great. The door trim wasn't sound and the came loose. I would love to have kept it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for about 5 months. While I don't use it on a daily basis, it is my first dishwasher and I chose it on recommendation from family members. I love Samsung products in general and the best part of this dishwasher is the sound level. My kitchen is very close to my main TV and I can barely tell that it's running. It does a very good job of washing dishes and has several levels to choose. I also love the top rack for serving and silverware and the fact that I can run a bottom rack only load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

However, while I understand the reason for the door of the dishwasher popping open at the end of the wash cycle, it prohibits the dishes from getting completely dry. I have to physically dry the dishes, which negates the purpose of the dishwasher.
