[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice design with lots of features, it's quiet compared to my old Frigidaire dishwasher. The 3 levels make it very spacious and comfortable, but I don't know how do it so that once the wash cycle is finished the door doesn't open automatically. I would like the command buttons to be at the front and not at the top. Likewise, I wouldn't trade this dishwasher for any other brand, perhaps one with Samsung's smartthings feature.

Worst Dishwasher

I bought this dishwasher in May 2022, and I have yet to be able to run it through one cycle without it stopping. It continuously has the LC code come on and it will not work properly, it makes an extremely loud sound when it’s running, it will not shut off until I unplug it. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I have had Samsung send out a person to fix this dishwasher two times now and it is still not working. Everything they tell me I have to do we get done and it still does not work. This is the worst product I have ever had in dealing with Samsung has not been easy. The warranty on the dishwasher it will be expired before I know it, and I have not even been able to run it through one cycle since I owned this. We have a brand new kitchen with a brand new dishwasher that doesn’t work. Very frustrated customer.

Very Disappointed. Model DW80R5060US

only 6 weeks old with this brand new dishwasher and already encountered two problems: puddle of water on the floor and keeps getting stuck during mid-cyle.
contacted chat support and i was advised to turn the power off at the main panel and wait 10 minutes then turn it back on. this did not work.
i may have to call home service. but i should not be going thru this with a brand new appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the top shelf for utensils, don’t like that my large platters do not fit in the bottom tray with the added third utensil shelf. This is what happens when you have to special order product sight unseen.
