Broken down after just 1 year

all of my samsung appliances have minor problems but this one broke down completely after being installed for just under 1 year with barley any use. got the 0c error and dishwasher refuses to drain. technician replaced the pump, overflow sensor, and main board with no luck. hopefully getting a refund so i can buy another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to be repaired three times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher when it worked. Had to get it repaired three times within warranty, door switch went twice and main board. Repairs and parts outweigh cost of dishwasher if not covered. Samsung never again

Nice pros, with a few cons...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to get used to upgraded dish washer after ditching ten year old machine. Nice options for cleaning: lower rack only, storm wash for pots and pans, normal and power wash modes, etc. Only downside is the odd layout of the dish racks themselves. Bottom rack storage has either too much space or not enough. Neither the upper or lower rack accommodates large or square bowls. Mixing bowls or pots of a larger size go only in one section. If you have an off-sized anything, you're washing it by hand. But this is just a small gripe depending on what kind of dishware you own. Otherwise, it's a really good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had my stainless steel dishwasher for about a year. i love that there are seating that cover just about every situation and that the control is on the tope inside of the door. a great feature is the silverware rack it so fast and simple to load and unload and no more spoons nesting together
